For tomato salsa


The salsa ingredients need to be chopped and mixed together in a bowl at some point, now we'll focus on the bean splodge.

Begin by putting the spinach in a microwave on lowish power to defrost for around ten minutes.

The ingredients from the steps ahead can be prepared while you are cooking the step you are on, the splodge will wait while you chop.

The ingredients need to pre processed as follows:
  1. Chop the 1 onion and 2 cloves garlic.
  2. Chop the mushrooms.
  3. Make sure the spinach is properly defrosted.
  4. Rinse the black beans, put them in a large bowl and crush them with your fist. This is the easiest way.

Process the ingredients in that order, adding them to the pot in turn after the previous one and cooking for a few minutes

Stir in the seasoning mix and stick in a tortilla with some salsa.
