Bean Chilli

Inspired by this recipe. It's extremely easy and good for cooking in bulk.



Dice the onion, garlic, bell pepper, chilli and dried tomatoes

Throw in with a small amount of water to "fry" a bit for a couple of minutes.

Add the stock, kidney beans, lentils, sweetcorn, chopped tomatoes and the cumin, paprika and oregano. Cook for twenty minutes.

Serve with a carb and a bucket of veg.
